Welcome to a meditation visualization from Corey Boutwell and Set the Standard For this meditation. We're getting straight into it. So get comfortable, get in your body, let all the niggles, move your head around if you need to Move your arms, move your body and relax. Start looking up just using her eyes and then slowly close your eyelids and land immediately in your body. Start to pay attention to your breath In, out, in, out, out, out. See if you can catch the transition point of your breath from out to in and in to out without any conscious involvement, involvement. Don't try to influence the out or in. Just let your body relax and do its thing and just observe the transition point. Most people think that meditation is to make you calm and relaxed. The whole purpose of meditation is to simply observe as you're starting to catch the transition point of your breath without any conscious involvement or influence. What sounds can you hear? Bring awareness to noise and notice the same way that you try to catch your breath at the transition point. Try and do that with sound. Can you hold on to a sound for longer than it lasts? And, as you're doing this, start to notice that All sounds in general, my voice, music, creaks, ticks, outside noises, inside noises. They're just playing with your eardrums. Let it play with your eardrums, let it play with your eardrums. Just observe, as you're paying attention to this. Think back to a time where you felt you won. You really felt like a winner. Doesn't matter what age, doesn't matter when. Just locate a time where you felt you won, real significant moment in your life, where you may have tried your absolute best, where you may have used your absolute genius and you felt like a winner. It can be a competition that you may have won, or it may have won or it may not be. It's just that, when you felt you won, what did that feel like In your body, the sensations? Can you remember what that felt like inside your body, inside your chest, inside your throat, in your mind, behind your face? What did it feel like On your face? What did it feel like On your skin? What did it feel like? And as you're noticing what it feels like, put yourself back into that exact position, that exact moment of time position, that exact moment of time State of bliss usually only lasts for five seconds. Can you put yourself back into that five seconds and remember what it felt like to be a winner and bring that into the now. Take the emotion, take the sensation, take the feeling and amplify it. I won, I'm a winner, I won, I am a winner, I won, I am a winner. And amplify it, intensify it and amplify it and intensify it, feel it as greatly as you can in your body right now. Feel it. I won, I am a winner, I won, I am a winner, I won, I am a winner. Feel it, amplify it, intensify it, intensify it. Intensify it, feel it in every part and cell and molecular part of your body, in your DNA, in every single skin, brain, nerve cell. Feel it, expand your capacity greater, more. I am a winner, I won. Let your heart open with the sensations of being a winner. Let your brain expand and open up with the sensations of thinking like a winner. Let your body absorb all of the energy and the electricity of being a winner throughout your entire body and electrify and intensify and amplify.

Intensify, amplify, feel it, feel it, feel it, feel it, think it, feel it. Be it, be it. Be it, be it. I win, I win, I win, I am a winner. Everything I set my mind to, I win when I truly give my best. I am such a winner and I never, ever quit. I'm never a loser because I do not give up. I won, I win.

Speaker 1:

Feel what it feels like to be the winner. You know you are. Feel it and let it saturate your entire body with the emotion and the sensation and the thoughts of knowing that you're a winner and that you win, that the only time you lose is when you give up. Start to observe the sensation and the feeling and the emotion in your body, the same way you observed the transition point of your breath and the sound playing with your eardrums. Just notice all of it there. You summoned that. Just notice all of it there. You summoned that. That is your energy and your effort and it's always there. The same way, the transition point of your breathing is always there. The same way, sounds played with your eardrums is always there. You are always a winner. You are always winning.

Every setback is just a challenge that winners face to get to their goals. It's a necessary part of growth. So, depending on what you're doing today, take this winner's attitude for the rest of the day, take this winner's feeling and sensation with you for the rest of the day and just notice and note down that any time you want to come back here, any time you feel down, any time you're not performing at your best, you can. It's here In your body, waiting for you To summon it. Make the conscious choice and be a winner.
